Dog Gets New Collar

Queen Elizabeth I, when told that one of her subjects was to receive a foreign order of knighthood, reportedly said:

“My dogs shall wear only my Collars.”

Obama’s new collar from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the King Abdulaziz Order of Merit. Instituted: 20 March 1971 by King Faisal ibn Abdulaziz. It’s awarded for meritorious service while in government office, for extraordinary deeds of bravery, and for other deeds of service to the state.

Isn’t that special..
